The director and the staff are all kind. I went after making a reservation, but I had to wait a lot. During the consultation, they explained things in detail while looking in the mirror, and they asked for my opinion and only recommended the surgeries that were necessary. They didn't pressure me to make a reservation either. I'm planning to go back for another consultation later.
