I learned about this place through an acquaintance's recommendation. From the time I made the consultation reservation by phone, I emphasized that I needed to consult with the doctor. Then the director offered dates and times for consultation. They said there might be a slight wait, so of course I said okay. But! When I went at that time, the consultation manager gave a brief explanation and then told me that if I wanted to meet the doctor I would have to wait "one hour," or if they were busy, come back another time. I had taken time out on purpose and said I definitely wanted to consult with the doctor, but from the start I couldn't understand being told to come back another time if they were busy. Still, they had said there might be some waiting when I booked, so I had to wait... I said I would wait. An hour passed. The manager came back and asked, "Since the surgery ran long, can you wait one to two more hours?" Sigh... Is this hospital only for unemployed people? How do they think of customers' time to behave like this? Plastic surgery is not an emergency operation that suddenly comes up... How do they make consultation reservations this carelessly while handling already scheduled surgeries? If they don't even keep something this basic, can I really trust them with surgery? I decided that I couldn't, and I got up and left. I sincerely hope the hospital's reservation system does not keep running on guesswork. (*I didn't discuss an estimate, so the quoted amount is based on my acquaintance's surgery.)
