It feels like a neighborhood clinic, friendly but extremely kind. Before the consultation, the manager only asks whether you have a line you want, and then the consultation starts right away. I understand why they say the director is like a pediatrician lol. They’re unbelievably kind and explain eyes really well. Unlike some other reviews, they don’t push eye correction or canthoplasty. They draw a line on eyes that seem borderline for incisional surgery and say they can do buried sutures, then even applaud to celebrate it. They don’t recommend a low line either
