I can't remember the exact quote. I remember the hospital atmosphere being clean and nice. The doctor explained things brightly and kindly. I think they answered every question with a lot of care. I brought a photo of Lee Sung-kyung and asked whether I could look like that, and they said I’d probably end up somewhere between that and my current look lol.
