The doctor was a little cold, but explained things in detail very well. He seemed to have a lot of experience with lower eyelid fat repositioning surgery, and I liked that he did not say unnecessary things beyond what was related to the surgery. I remember he also kindly handled consultations for other areas. The consultation manager was very kind and explained things well while showing several review photos based on her own procedure experience.
