I had the upper canthoplasty done with a laser because they said it was possible, but it just left a scar. Even I thought that slightly excising only the skin for the inner canthoplasty already felt iffy, but they said upper canthoplasty was possible.. I still wonder why I fell for that. Since they said the price was the same for one eye or both eyes, I did it because I had already waited a long time and felt it would be a waste not to.
