For now, after the consultation, the options were revision eye surgery (incision), inner corner canthoplasty, outer corner canthoplasty, and lower canthoplasty. I had looked around at places with good eye-surgery reviews and a strong reputation, and this one seems to be among the more expensive ones, but the director's consultation was the most detailed. They even drew pictures by hand while explaining, and honestly they just seemed good at drawing. Some people said the consultation was short, but I had a lot to ask, so I came out after a long consultation. No matter which hospital you go to, what matters is what you ask
