I visited for a consultation after surgery went badly at another hospital. The manager saw it right away and also gave me blunt advice about the points I was worrying about, which I liked. During the consultation, I remember them saying clearly, "This one probably won't work, but this one looks okay." I wasn't sure about surgery yet and just wanted to hear an opinion, so I didn't see the doctor, but I kind of regret not getting the doctor's consultation too.
