I only had a consultation. The wait is quite long. As I heard, the surgery cost is on the high side. It was my first nose surgery, and I added several options like alar reduction, but I still think the surgery cost is on the expensive side. Since my nose is crooked, they recommended autologous costal cartilage rather than septal cartilage, and they shape the design according to what the patient wants.
