First of all, the wait was really long. I think it was the longest wait among the hospitals I have consulted with so far. I also saw people waiting next to me protesting. The coordinator and the doctor were kind and good. They seemed a bit busy, so there were parts where they looked frazzled. The doctor did not push me to do all sorts of things unnecessarily, and he set the line well itself. Above all, he explained things in detail and told me very well what the issues were and what should be done, so my trust went up. I still had not fully made up my mind, so I did not have surgery.
