Removal of silicone (put nothing into the bridge of the nose), lowering the tip of the nose using the existing material, nostrils becoming more rounded than they are now, 4 million won (+ 1 million if Megaderm is added to the bridge of the nose), follow-up visits on day 2 and day 5 after surgery, A/S not fixed but possible if a problem occurs within 1-2 years.
