It was awkward, so I went to the person next to them and checked in. I filled out the form on a tablet and waited. I went to the 4th floor dental office for a CT, then back to the 2nd floor. The manager consulted me first, then the director came in and we had a consultation. At first I said it myself: there is inflammation in my nose. They looked at the CT and asked if it was silicone. I was like, ?? Inside, they said it was an emergency case and that whether to remove the silicone and put it back in was my choice, but they thought it would be okay to put it back. They said we should remove it and do revision surgery again, and whether to use autologous costal cartilage or ear cartilage was my choice. They explained that ear cartilage is soft and if someone hits your nose, the ear cartilage will spread out, while autologous costal cartilage can break. They said the previous surgery method was wrong and that the silicone seemed to be upside down. They said to remove the silicone and do revision surgery again, and to treat the rhinitis at the same time. So when I said, isn't the inflammation too severe? they said it is not inflammation and that, at this point, revision surgery is still barely possible, and spoke in the sense of going back to how the nose was before. Ear cartilage or autologous costal cartilage: 3,000. Autologous costal cartilage + rhinitis: 9,000. Ear cartilage + rhinitis: 6,000. Whatever I choose is my choice and my decision, and the patient's will and cooperation should also be supported. I agree with that too. The surgery date was set first, and any changes would be decided within 2 weeks to 1-2 months. They said they could hold the deposit for a year, and if I end up not doing it, they would refund the reservation fee. There was a bit of pressure to book or have surgery. I paid 100,000 first, but after coming home I thought it wasn't right and got a refund.
