This was my first cosmetic surgery, and I was told rhinoplasty has to be approached carefully and with the possibility of revision in mind, so I researched on my own from the countryside and went to a total of 10 clinics in Seoul before deciding. The director's consultation was the most detailed and he pinpointed my concerns exactly, so I trusted him the most and was about to book right away, but I hesitated because it was the most expensive, then went ahead with the surgery. The surgery was over when I woke up, and I had to keep nasal packing in for 7 days, which was the hardest part T_T The pain started the next day when the anesthesia wore off, and it only hurt then; other than that, it did not hurt. It has now been 11 months, and since I already had a high bridge, I wanted only the tip done naturally. The result came out so beautifully and matched what I wanted, so I am very satisfied. From 6 months to now, it feels like it has become the most natural. Right now it feels like my own nose, and I am so satisfied that I just hope it does not get any lower T_T
