It has been over 10 years since I had surgery here for a crooked nose plus rhinitis. They used autologous costal cartilage, did not raise the bridge, and said if they just left it, the nasal bone would look uneven, so they shaved off only 1 mm. It was a very severely crooked nose, but it has held up well for over 10 years, and people around me do not even know I had nose surgery.
