- Consultant - Doctor - Consultant The consulting manager first looked at the CT scan and explained things to me, but the consultant talk was longer, so I thought she was the doctor. She kept pressing with a cotton swab and pulling while saying she would check how much the nose would lengthen, but even an ordinary person would probably feel pain if they were pressed and pulled like that. The doctor was cynical and pointed out the key points well, but because the consultant was there with us, I could not ask the questions I wanted to ask separately. If the consultant alone had explained things properly, I would have considered it, but it felt like she was trying to teach me, so I just wanted to go home.
