I was very nervous and had a lot of worries while looking into breast surgery, but here, unlike other hospitals, they explained things calmly from the patient's point of view and I liked that it felt like they were thinking it through with me. The manager was so pretty, and her personality was great too,, haha I was a little worried at first because the director is a man, but instead he made the atmosphere so comfortable that I could ask about all sorts of things, and before I knew it, my tension had eased and I was focusing only on the consultation. In fact, I had already booked elsewhere too, but I liked that there was no sense of pressure and that they really seemed to tailor things to me, so I ended up getting breast surgery here! I'm recovering now and I'm really excited haha
