I had been thinking I wanted breast surgery, and after seeing my friend’s surgery at [Clinic B], I thought this was the place, so I spent a long time thinking it over and went for a consultation. I also booked it with the same surgeon who operated on my friend. The wait was maybe about 20 minutes? But the consultation itself was much longer, so it didn’t feel like a waste of time. The manager handled patients well too, and the hospital didn’t feel factory-like at all. It was calm and quiet. The overall atmosphere was kind of quiet-quiet? and classy, so I was fine with it...
