Seems like a decent, average hospital. I had an epicanthoplasty and it healed without any scar. It's been almost 3 years since the lower canthoplasty too, and it still hasn't come undone. It may be permanent. But the double-eyelid fold is deep. And for those who are going to have surgery at this hospital, before the design with the chief doctor, make sure to look in the mirror and check what kind of line they are drawing, and if you don't like it, ask for revisions.
