I expected the consultation to be pretty complicated because I was trying to think through both the dorsal hump and the functional aspect together, but it was clearer than I expected, which was nice. Usually, when questions get long, they tend to answer only the key points briefly and move on, but here they explained the reasons behind their judgment too, so it was much easier to understand. In particular, they walked through which parts of the face should be looked at first in order, so my vague anxiety eased a lot. The atmosphere inside was not chaotic, so it was easy to concentrate on the consultation. They did not rush it and listened from start to finish, and I liked that they did not brush me off even when I repeated questions. Overall, it was closer to a style that actually organizes your concerns than a formal consultation, and that honesty was what I liked most, so I booked the surgery.
