Maybe because there was only one female director, the wait was long. Before the procedure, another patient's surgery ran late, so even though I went on a weekday afternoon, I waited 40 minutes. 30 minutes waiting + 10 minutes waiting in just a sleeveless top on the bed...; not particularly kind, but not rude either. Just rushed through and left.
