An old surgery. The doctor gave me anesthesia at the ankle. They said it would be silicone in my nose, but they put in Gore-Tex, so I had revision surgery at another clinic two years later. The silicone they said was 2 mm turned out to be 5 mm of Gore-Tex, and when I checked at the dermatology clinic I go to recently, I found that the silicone used for a paranasal augmentation had been placed on one side horizontally and the other vertically, like some kind of front-cheekbone size haha The worrying thing while writing this is that I suddenly wonder whether what they put in for the paranasal augmentation was also not Gore-Tex. A friend dragged me there because the doctor was good at consultations and she said I was easy to sway, but seeing me end up on the operating table, the talk was all smooth and flowing.. But that friend had revision surgery there three times, and in the end got a Michael Jackson nose, and after that went through the pain of repeated revision surgeries at other places for years T_T
