The director was soft-spoken and only pointed out what was necessary. But the counseling manager's attitude was... During the consultation, they were on their phone behind me.... I also felt like they were not very familiar with hair transplants...?? Also, this place does not only do hair transplants; they also do breast surgery and various other procedures, so there were a lot of foreign patients too. I wanted to get my hair transplant at a place that specializes only in hairlines, so I passed... And honestly, talking on a phone behind someone during a consultation feels really off.
