I had it done the year before last. I paid 1.6 million won for epicanthoplasty, incisional double eyelid surgery, and ptosis correction. I can't really remember whether they removed fat or not, but it ended up looking a little sausage-like. That may be because my skin is thick. lol My eyes are almost the same as my dad's, and even as he gets older his eyelids don't hollow out, so it's probably just because my skin is thick... haha The estimate wasn't excessive, and even though it was full incision, the scar wasn't severe.
