It was nice that I got to consult directly with the director instead of the counselor. The director wasn't the warm, friendly type, but in a cool, no-nonsense way? He was kind. And stylish. He listened to my concerns well, and gave me a service treatment without pushing any extra procedures. I get really stressed when I'm pressured, so I was so glad there was none of that, and the staff were all extremely kind too. After the Thermage treatment, they showed me the mirror and I could see the effect right away, and it still feels effective now. I used my boyfriend as a birthday present and paid for a package, and I think I made a good choice ^^ They said once a year is enough.
