It's in Gangnam Station, so accessibility is good! I made a reservation because the first-visit event price was cheap, but the facility wasn't especially spotless. I waited a bit, then had a consultation with the counselor and got Botox. They didn't apply numbing cream separately, only ice anesthesia. It was only a few injections, so it was tolerable! A female doctor did the procedure, and she was kind. With the first-visit event, it's cheaper than other places, so it's worth a visit
