I had a consultation, and they said they'd use the temporal fascia to wrap the crushed costal cartilage and place it on the bridge of my nose, but I hadn't even considered fascia, so it felt a bit burdensome. The doctor was very confident and proud of the costal cartilage surgery, and I liked that the consultation was calm. The director was a bit pushy, though... It's still pretty new, and people say it's famous, but my nose is extremely difficult, so I need to think carefully, so I'm putting it on hold for now. The men seem to have nice nose shapes, but the consultation feeling varies from person to person. Still, they seemed confident, so I think you should at least get a consultation.
