The doctor was a man, and I was surprised that he lasered a mole area that he had not even checked. He also did not apply anesthetic cream, so the area was red right after. Other than that, it was average. The moles that were removed have currently risen back up. The hospital is clean and there are a lot of people, but I should say it feels a bit chaotic.. The people at the desk were not that friendly, I think. It is only the kind of place you would visit if it is nearby. Having a separate device for removing red spots was nice~ ~ The mistake definitely left a bad impression
