I finally went for a consultation about nose surgery without implants, and I was scared of putting silicone in the bridge because of side effects, and I only wanted the tip to be a bit higher. First I got a CT scan, then had a consultation with the manager, and after that with the director, and they analyzed my nose state in really fine detail. When I said my bridge was already somewhat high, there was a slight hump, and my tip sagged, they said there was no need to put in silicone and make it artificial
