My lips were very thin, so I went after a friend recommended it to me, and I was completely satisfied. The volume came back nicely, and my lips became plump in the shape I wanted, which was honestly amazing lol. They numbed me with an injection, and I couldn't feel the pain for a long time lolololol, it was so strange, but I am still satisfied even now. I also brought my dog with me, and while I was getting the procedure, the reception ladies looked after him, doted on him, and helped me feel comfortable during the procedure
