I visited for keloid scarring and scars. At first, when I was explaining the overall situation to the chief manager, she was not very friendly and asked questions in a somewhat confrontational way. I did not want to talk for long, so I said I would speak with the doctor. The doctor had presence and was pretty. She explained things in detail and did not recommend injection treatment right away; she said to start with shockwave therapy first and then consider injections while watching the results.
