I had my first surgery here, and after about 5 or 6 years it gradually started coming undone from the end. As time passes, sagging of the eyelids can happen, but separate from that, the line itself just became invisible as it loosened. Still, it was legendary in how natural it looked. Even though it was an embedded stitch, there was not even a single trace left, and if I just closed my eyes, nobody would know. But in the end, it did come undone. I do not know if it was because they were pursuing naturalness, but it loosened and I ended up getting a revision somewhere else. And at that time they also said they would do eyelid correction
