I had my first surgery about 6 years ago: partial-incision double-eyelid surgery, ptosis correction, and fat removal, and it turned out very well. The scarring was severe (I tend to scar easily by nature), but they also did laser and injections every time I went back for follow-up care, so I have no scar at all and have been doing well. Now that some time has passed, the line at the inner corner of my eye has loosened, so I am thinking about revision surgery, but it is not like the whole line has come undone. Right now it is so natural that it really looks natural, and people around me do not even notice. Since my double-eyelid surgery went well, a few acquaintances had theirs done here too, and it seems there is a bit of case-by-case variation haha.
