I went for a consultation because someone around me had a good under-eye surgery result. It wasn't a hospital that advertises separately, but it's famous by word of mouth, so appointments were backed up and I was seen three months later. The director said they do not perform under-eye fat repositioning and that removal alone can be enough to get a good effect, and they explained the principle calmly. I was convinced by the clear explanation. I think the price is fairly reasonable, too. It seems like an old hospital.
