I had three areas I was dissatisfied with on my face: The main one was revision rhinoplasty. Then 2. Facial liposuction 3. Drooping eyelids (double eyelid revision) So since this place is famous for revision rhinoplasty, and I heard the director also does liposuction, I figured if I was going to have surgery anyway, why not do the nose and lipo together? So I put all three on my consultation list. As soon as I walked into the clinic, I could feel that it had the director's own history and style. The staff member guided me well through chart writing and photo/CT imaging, and was kind. After waiting a bit, I had my first consultation with the coordinator. They said there were three coordinators here in total, and fortunately the one assigned to me was kind. I was surprised that the coordinator consultation was not short or brief at all. While looking at my CT images, the coordinator pointed out that my nasal septum was also deviated and checked my nose condition, and I thought, "Can they really discuss this much? Is this even within the scope of a consultation coordinator?" Because my previous nose surgery had been done so cleanly, they said the inside was clean except for a bit of calcification. haha When I asked, they said they had come from the operating room, so even though it was something the doctor could have explained, they explained it very well. While showing photos, I said I wanted the nose design to be more glamorous, and they said it would suit my face well. The best part of the consultation with the coordinator was not just the functional and cosmetic discussion, but that they asked me questions first, listened carefully with plenty of time for me to answer, and even the pace of conversation was perfect. He is handsome and has a warm look, and there is also a certain charisma. If I do get surgery, I think he would be sweet and even more meticulous. haha Looking at the model nose during the consultation, the director explained how the structure inside would be surgically changed, and I could feel the logical explanation and expertise. It seemed like he had handled many revision rhinoplasties, there was a sense of know-how, and the autologous costal cartilage surgery was unlike other clinics, from the harvesting process to the usage process, quite different. He also explained in detail how the autologous costal cartilage would be harvested and where and how it would be used. While showing photos of the nose shape I wanted, he said my aesthetic preferences and needs could be reflected as well (a straight line for the bridge with the height rising from below the glabella, and a round, glamorous tip shape). When I said I wanted a nasal columella shape like Shin Se-kyung's, he said that was possible. Normally I was told to avoid clinics that say everything is possible, but this one gave me a very clear and convincing answer that immediately caught my ear. He also understood the areas I wanted for liposuction well, and for the eye double eyelid, he said that because the skin was slightly sagging, they could make a semi-out line by making an incision under the eyebrow (I can't remember the exact procedure name). I decided to postpone the eye surgery until next spring, and since this would really be my last surgery, I wasn't going to ask about this... but still, when I asked the coordinator, they said there was aftercare / swelling shots + swelling laser. In the end, I set the surgery date, paid the deposit, and left. My heavy body felt much lighter.
