I got facial liposuction because I felt my cheeks had become too full and saggy with age. My cheeks were already quite full, so right after the surgery I didn't feel much swelling and couldn't really notice a change, but after a week it kept going down. There was no dark bruising from the start, only some yellow bruising spreading out, and if I wore a mask it wasn't noticeable, so no one would have known. The area where the fat was removed had a stinging, prickling feeling, but that also improved quickly
