The doctor was in surgery, so I waited 20 minutes before the consultation. Since I had already had contouring + liposuction + deep-plane work, they said the main concern was skin sagging underneath, so that could not be fixed with liposuction and I would need a lift later. I was told surgery was not possible, and there was no consultation fee. They seemed clearly conservative and unwilling to do it unless there would be a big effect, which actually made me like it more. It did not seem like overtreatment.
