It seems there are a lot of consultation appointments booked. If you prepare in advance, it will probably be good because they answer questions kindly. If you just walked in without knowing much, you might have felt that the explanation was somewhat lacking. They do not force unnecessary surgery. The hospital interior is very clean, and because the surgery is done under sedation rather than local anesthesia, you close your eyes and open them and the surgery is already finished. On the day itself there was a lot of swelling, and by the second day it seemed like the chin fat had mostly disappeared. Ah, during the consultation they said many people get surgery on Friday and go back to work on Monday, but well, if there is no choice that may be possible. I work from home, so I felt really lucky. Starting from day 5 the swelling slowly came back and my face became ugly as hell. I lived in a huge amount of worry and anxiety... then by the second week it became slim again. Everyone is different, but I think there was not enough explanation about things like swelling going down right after surgery and then coming back, or bio-bond, so I felt even more anxious. It has now been over 2 weeks. It is not dramatic (and it seems chin liposuction is not dramatic to begin with), but the area that was my complex has improved to some extent. And the scar under my chin is still quite dark...!
