Both the consultation manager and the doctor treated the patient rather rudely. They only insisted on their own opinions. They kept badmouthing the clinic where I had my previous surgery, and it felt a bit like they had an attitude of superiority, so I thought if the surgery went wrong, they might blame the patient. I already had eye correction, and they still told me to get eye correction again, which bothered me, so I visited several other clinics, and they all said that if they did eye correction on my eyes again, I would end up with startled rabbit eyes, and that my eye correction was already well done. They also said there wasn't enough fat, so repositioning wasn't possible and that the double fold problem could be solved only with fat grafting, meaning double eyelid surgery wasn't necessary. I got the graft at another clinic, and the double fold really disappeared, the line became clear again like after double eyelid surgery, and my eyes looked bigger as if I had eye correction. They couldn't even accurately understand my eyes, and even though I told them I had already had these and those surgeries, they still scolded me saying none of it had been done properly and didn't listen to what the patient said. I thought I had narrowly avoided a disaster if I had had surgery here. And I hope they fix the way the consultation manager speaks while laughing at people.
