Lifting review at Jeimi (제이미) · 2021-11-18

I had an endoscopic forehead lift at Jamie Plastic Surgery in January 2015. I chose it because they said they fix the forehead with sutures instead of using an Endotine. I had it done because I wanted to improve my forehead being used to lift the eyes, my forehead sagging, and my eyelids sagging, and I am very satisfied. I worried because there were too few reviews about Jamie Plastic Surgery, but since the surgeon was a board-certified plastic surgeon and the website made it seem like endoscopic forehead lifts were the doctor's specialty, I chose surgery there without using an Endotine. Somehow the doctor and I were on the same wavelength, and I still remember lying on the operating table feeling reassured when the doctor muttered to himself that the surgery had gone very well. I booked it from the provinces by phone, with same-day consultation and same-day surgery, paid the deposit, set the date, and had the operation. I really had no fear. Now, after a failed second-line procedure, I have become much more cautious and afraid, so I think it is amazing that I used to have the courage to have about three surgeries like that in the past. Because my impression of Jamie Plastic Surgery is so good, and now that I am older and have become interested in lifting, I became interested in Jamie's front-cheekbone lift. But even when I looked for reviews or called the hospital, I could not get clear answers. The phone consultation was terrible, the website management was terrible, the online consultation was unresponsive and terrible... and even when I had booked a phone consultation appointment before going to Seoul, I ended up making a wasted trip because they said the doctor had gone into surgery. Sadly, because there was no way to communicate with the hospital, I could not do any other surgery at Jamie. And when I recently looked for post-op reviews, there still were not many, and there were even some negative ones. It has now been 7 years since the endoscopic forehead lift... Compared to right after the surgery, my forehead is not as rounded and my eyelids are not as clearly opened, but I really live with 100 times more satisfaction than if I had not done it. Because I was satisfied with the endoscopic forehead lift, I have become interested in whether a mini lift or full facelift might also be better than doing nothing. But because of the scar, I cannot decide easily, and since it is unfamiliar, I am scared. Jamie Plastic Surgery, please communicate more with patients and improve the website management and online consultation^^
