I contacted the clinic because of this, and suddenly they said I should get an inner canthoplasty, so I paid 300,000 won for anesthesia and had the inner canthoplasty done. Even after that, it kept loosening, so I contacted them again and went in, but they said things like they should not do it if there is no visible asymmetry, that the nostrils are not asymmetrical, and that they do not operate for asymmetry at that level. So in the end they did not do it, and because it kept loosening, I had revision surgery at another clinic.
