The consultation moved along too quickly, so that was a bit disappointing. The director spoke with certainty, so I could feel the confidence, but it wasn’t a detailed or particularly kind consultation. The consultation manager was very kind, and I liked that there was not the slightest feeling of being overbearing or too intense.
