Both the consultation manager and the director explained everything in a calm, unhurried way, so I was able to ask all the questions I had in full. They clearly explained the surgical method and how much improvement I could expect going forward, and they asked what I wanted first. They said that even just addressing the area I’m currently worried about could make a big difference before and after, so right now I’m mainly thinking about the cheekbones first. (No pressure to pay a deposit, either)
