The consultation manager was quite friendly, and even though I asked a lot of questions, they explained everything in a way that felt comfortable. The doctor was not especially friendly, but explained things well, so it was easy to understand. They said they only do one surgery per day, which made me trust them, but the price is on the expensive side, so that is a burden too.
