I had revision eye surgery from an in-line to an out-line two years ago. I also had epicanthoplasty, and since I had no fat, they said buried sutures would be fine, so I had buried sutures, and the result is very satisfying. It has been 2 years now, and even now it looks natural yet glamorous, so everyone asks where I had it done.
