About 10 years ago, I had front canthoplasty and buried suture double eyelid surgery. The front canthoplasty turned out fairly well, but one side of the double eyelid came undone after just a week, so they did a revision there too. Over time, the double eyelid line became more natural. And their style is not to overdo the surgery; they make it look natural.
