The coordinator was extremely kind and explained things very well. The person doing the pre-consultation took a long time, so there was some waiting, but at other hospitals I had to wait alone and it was boring. Here the coordinator stayed with me and explained different things, so I didn’t get bored The doctor was also cheerful and nice, but it was a little disappointing that the doctor’s consultation itself was very short
