The consultation manager was really good at consulting. Super kind and explained everything from implants to aftercare methods after surgery. I went to the consultation with a long list of questions, but there was nothing left to ask because the manager was truly excellent... The director was cheerful too, and explained the surgery method well. He showed mostly post-op photos or videos rather than before-and-after photos. I liked that they showed virtual surgery and let me try on the implant to experience the weight and what it would actually feel like after surgery.
