The consultation manager was unbelievably kind. Out of all the clinics I've ever been to in my life combined, she was the kindest, so kind that I was honestly surprised... She was incredibly kind, and the hospital atmosphere was warm too. The doctor seemed like he had a refreshing, cool personality, and he confidently said he could keep the surgery pain-free and let me recover to daily life right away. He also seemed very confident about the cleavage line. He didn't pressure me at all about choosing implants, and even the choice between under-breast and armpit incisions felt like he would adjust as much as possible to the patient, so it was a clinic where I really felt good after the consultation.
