I went for a consultation on a weekday, and even though I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment, I still had to wait about 15 more minutes before going in. While I was waiting, classical music was playing. I consulted with the doctor first, and he checked whether my eyes were the kind that would benefit from double-eyelid surgery. He explained the principle of double-eyelid surgery in very detailed terms. He was incredibly kind. Then I consulted with the manager, and there was no pressure to pay a deposit, and there was no consultation fee either. The manager also explained things kindly, but the disappointing part was that there were no review photos. If there had been review photos too, I think I would have felt more certain, and that's what I'm worried about.
