At previous plastic surgery clinics, I was told that I had pseudoptosis and that the issue was sagging eyelid skin rather than fat, but here they said I had true ptosis so I needed eye-opening correction. And when I asked about the information I had prepared in advance, they said that although I had researched a lot, I had looked into the wrong information. When I asked whether I could at least see before-and-after photos of eyes, they brusquely said that would violate the Personal Information Protection Act and asked whether I would show such photos if it were them, which rubbed me the wrong way.
